• check out the situation.
• wait for them to stop, then speak.

Talk to Anyone Within Three Feet

• notice their body language.
• make eye contact and smile.
• get your eyes on same level, then speak.

Speak

• ask a question.
• make a statement or give an opinion.
• combine into a statement-question.
