Make Small Talk Big

Got some great feedback from the workshop that I did in Sheffield last Thursday evening.

The session was called "What to Say After Hello" and covered the art of small talk and how to build rapport with others. Sixteen people attended the workshop at the Showroom Cinema in the centre of Sheffield. One of them e-mailed me and said...
